or order an OPTX International product from our Web site. When you order OPTX
International products we require you to fill out a form with your name and
mailing address. When you submit an order on-line, your credit card number
is submitted to the credit institution for normal, routine processing. OPTX
International does not share credit history or credit card information with
other companies or third parties, unless compelled by law or court order to
do so. The personally identifiable information gathered from the forms you
fill out on our Web site is used in one of two ways.
1. To provide you with information about products, services, news and events
2. To allow you to purchase products. IP addresses are used by your computer
every time you are
connected to the Internet. Your IP address is a number that is used by computers
on the network to identify your computer so that data (such as the Web pages
you request) can be sent to you. OPTX International will not use your IP address
to attempt to identify your personal information. OPTX International's plug-ins
do not collect system information. In addition, the OPTX International Web
site contains links to other Web sites. However, OPTX International is not
responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. OPTX
International will never sell, rent or disclose to third parties our users'
personally identifiable information collected from the distribution of OPTX
International products or gathered on a OPTX International Web site.
