WIRE)--July 29, 2002--OPTX International, developer of easy-to-use ScreenWatch™
software, has signed a reselling agreement with UCOME, which is located
in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. ScreenWatch is the only scalable screen recording
solution that combines video and audio with applications, spreadsheets,
PowerPoint, and whiteboard content in real-time for streaming. UCOME
distributes Virtual Ink's mimio® whiteboard that is part of ScreenWatch's
Classroom Edition™ bundle. UCOME and OPTX International have agreed
to a collaborative effort to create a traditional Chinese language version
of ScreenWatch Producer™.
UCOME was founded over eight years ago in Kaohsiung,
the second largest city in Taiwan. UCOME develops, integrates, markets
and distributes solutions to all sectors of the country's thriving e-learning
