Brian Meyerpeter, CEO and Chief Scientist, founded OPTX International after receiving his BS degrees in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from California State University, Chico. He is an acknowledged expert in the development and integration of enterprise-wide information technology solutions and he has extensive experience (with) and knowledge of client/server technology. This expertise has been extended to include solutions within the streaming technology area. His most recent product innovation was the creation of ScreenWatch.

Joe Bacchus, Vice President of Sales, has 16 years of sales experience managing domestic and international sales for US based corporations. He has been with OPTX International since 2000 and is responsible for the ScreenWatch Producer software sales program. He holds BS and MA degrees from University of Alabama.

Jerry Anderson, Senior VP and partner, is a senior executive with domestic and international experience in managing development in the production of large, complex software programs, including 30 years in software project management. He has been responsible for many aspects of company management at OPTX since 1991.
