Welcome to the ScreenWatch Linux Plug-in Beta Page.

This page will give you the download, installation, and sample content links needed to install and test the new ScreenWatch Linux plugins.

The plugins have been developed for 24/32 and 8 bit displays running on Linux i386 Architecture.

To view the demos below, you must install 2 components:

Realplayer 8 --- Found at http://www.real.com

ScreenWatch Linux Plugins -->> http://www.screenwatch.com/linux/sw_linux20_021502.tar.gz

Installation Steps:

Step 1: Download and install RealPlayer 8 for your Linux computer.

Step 2: Download and uncompress (using the command "gzip -d sw_linux_021502.tar.gz" ) the ScreenWatch plugin.

Step 3:Un tar the uncompressed file "tar xvf sw_linux20_021502.tar".

Step 4:Run the install_linux.sh program to install the ScreenWatch plugins on your system. "./install_linux.sh"

Known Issues :

Currently the linux plugins will not work within an embedded web page.

Some content with SMIL layouts does not display in the right location
